Privacy Policy

§1
GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The data controller is GASTRO INTERNATIONAL sp. z o.o. Andrzej Jackowiak Magdalena Piwińska ul. Prezydenta Gabriela Narutowicza 48 / 1.10, 90-135 Łódź, Poland, NIP: 7292752643, REGON: 526834413. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).
  3. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by the term “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and take care of data security. For this purpose, we use, among others, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
  5. Personal data provided in the contact form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2
DATA CONTROLLER

  1. The service provider is the administrator of its customers’ data. This means that if you use the contact form on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number.
  2. Personal data are processed:
    1. in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection,
    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    3. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, amendment or termination thereof and proper implementation of Services provided electronically,
    4. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
      1. to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent if you used the contact form.
  3. We have implemented data encryption and have introduced access control to minimize the effects of a possible data security breach.
  4. Every data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  6. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue any claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
  7. The Service Provider has the right to disclose the User’s personal data and other data to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  8. Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  9. The Service Provider shall not share personal data with any other entities than those authorized under the relevant legislation.
  10. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we work closely.

§3
COOKIES

  1. The https://qualerestaurant.pl/ website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device from which the user is connecting. The parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information they contain. Cookies thus facilitate the use of previously visited sites.
  2. The information collected includes IP address, browser type, language, operating system type, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
  3. The collected data is used to monitor and verify how users use our websites, to improve the functioning of the service, ensuring more effective and trouble-free navigation. We monitor information about users using tools that record user behavior on the site:
    • Google Analitics.
  4. Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website they are using to be tailored to their needs. By remembering their preferences, it enables the appropriate matching of advertisements directed to them. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our service, and the collected data is used only within the company to optimize activities.
  5. We use the following cookies on our website:
    1. “essential” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website;
    2. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuse of authentication within the website;
    3. “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the website pages are used;
    4. “functional” cookies, which enable “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalising the user interface;

  7. Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user has expressly consented to this by completing a form. We retain and use the above data only for the needs necessary to perform a given function.

INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING

  6. You have the right to object to further processing and, in the case of consent to data processing, to withdraw it. Exercising the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place before the consent was withdrawn.

  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
